The StreetCred tax site will be open in mid-January!
We are offering three methods for tax preparation this season: drop-off, in-person, or virtual.
Drop-off: Please go to StreetCred’s drop-off site located at Family Medicine at Boston Medical Center at 11 Melnea Cass Blvd, Boston, MA 02118. Please be sure to have all of the required documents (see link below for a list of required documents). Our drop-off site hours are:
Tuesday 2 PM-4:30 PM
Thursday 2 PM-4:30 PM
Friday 12 PM-3:00 PM
In-person appointments: StreetCred is accepting 60-minute appointments that you can schedule HERE and clicking on "Tax Preparation". Be sure to bring all of the necessary documents to StreetCred located in the Boston Medical Center Pediatric department at 850 Harrison Ave, Yawkey building 6th floor, Boston, MA 02118 (see link below for a list of required documents). If you need help scheduling your appointment, please give us a call at 617-414-5170 or email us at bmc@mystreetcred.org. Please note, if your tax return is a little more complex, we will use this appointment time to gather all of your documents and we will have to use the drop-off method (please see drop-off method for more information above). Our in-person site hours are:
Monday 12 PM - 8 PM
Thursday 4 PM - 8 PM
Saturday 9 AM - 1 PM
Virtual: The process only takes 5-10 business days to complete, so you can get your taxes prepared from the comfort of your own home. Please make sure you are able to upload your documents using a scanner or phone. Once you upload all of the required documents, one of our certified preparers will begin working on the return and will contact you with any questions. The link to file using our secure, online portal will be available when tax season opens in mid-January.
